Please note that you need to use your e-mail as login. If your e-mail address is john@doe.com, your login is john@doe.com too. If you want to use our SMTP server, you need to check your mail before. The reason is that our server logs your IP address (security & anti-spam purpose) and only allows you to send mails trough it for a maximum of 10 minutes after your last check.

If you encounter any login problem and you're sure that your Login and Password are correct, please disable passive mode (pasvmod) in your FTP client under firewall settings.
